Bloomink (Thandokazi Ntshinga) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and your rights under South Africa's POPIA (Protection of Personal Information Act).

1. What we collect

2. Why we collect it

• To send you the free templates or resources you signed up for
• To confirm and prepare for a booked call
• To occasionally email you useful tips or updates (you can unsubscribe any time)
• To process payment for a paid service

We do not sell, rent, or share your information with anyone for marketing purposes.

3. Who else sees your information

We use a small number of trusted tools to run Bloomink, and your information may pass through them:

• MailerLite — stores your email if you sign up for templates or updates
• Koalendar — stores your name and email when you book a call
• Yoco / Paystack — processes payment securely; we never see or store your card details
• Microsoft Clarity — collects anonymous website usage data (e.g. pages visited, general location, device type) so we can understand and improve how the site works

Each of these providers has its own privacy and security practices in place.

4. Cookies

This website uses minimal cookies/tracking — our email tool (MailerLite) to know if our forms are working, Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the site, and Google Fonts to load our typefaces. We don't use invasive tracking or sell data to advertisers.

5. Your rights under POPIA

You have the right to:

• Ask what personal information we hold about you
• Ask us to correct or delete it
• Withdraw consent to marketing emails at any time (there's an unsubscribe link on every email)
• Lodge a complaint with South Africa's Information Regulator if you believe your information has been mishandled

6. How long we keep your information

We keep your information only as long as it's useful for the reason you gave it to us (e.g. while you're subscribed, or for standard record-keeping after a paid service). You can ask us to delete it at any time.
