Free discovery calls are booked through our scheduling tool (Koalendar). Paid sessions follow the cancellation terms in our Refund Policy.
Payment for services is processed securely through third-party payment providers (such as Yoco or Paystack). Bloomink does not store your card details — these are handled directly and securely by our payment processor.
We're honest about this everywhere on the site, and we'll say it here too: personal branding and content take time, consistency, and a bit of luck with the algorithm. We do not guarantee a specific number of followers, views, leads, or income as a result of our services.
Any templates, guides, or written content we sell or give away remain the intellectual property of Bloomink. You're welcome to use them for your own personal or business LinkedIn content — you may not resell, redistribute, or claim them as your own product.
Content we write specifically for you as part of a paid ghostwriting or coaching package becomes yours to use once paid in full.
We may update these terms occasionally as the business grows. The "last updated" date at the top will always reflect the latest version.
